To empower youth (EP21 associates) to earn
scholarships and learn marketable job and
social skills by giving them an opportunity to
intern with and be mentored by professionals
in their local community which will promote
and enhance the quality of life for
themselves, their communities and our world.
Vision:
Become the premier scholarship/grant
training program and job training
provider for local EP 21 associates, by
partnering with private businesses,
churches, charities, government grants
and private donors to provide
scholarships to young Americans; to
help teach them responsibility, business
practices, and how to earn scholarships
based on their affiliation with EP 21; and
mentoring by civic leaders, business
owners, military personnel, and
motivational speakers.
Mr. Betz is a distinguished retired AF
officer who has over 19 years of working
with and training America’s sons and
daughters.  As an Air Force Master
Instructor and Course Developer, he has
excelled in directly providing training and
education to well over 20,000 young men
an women over his distinguished 21 year
career.  His passion for helping young
people find their niche in society in
unsurpassed.  His unique style of
motivation and training has been an
inspiration to many other youth trainers.
