Objectives & Purposes:
(1) To create internships and provide scholarships for youths in the community.
(2) To promote the welfare of youths in the city of San Antonio.
(3) To coordinate and monitor the services of local agencies serving the youth of
San Antonio.
(4) To promote the advancement of education to San Antonio youth
(5) To lessen the burdens of government and neighborhood tensions
(6) To combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.
(7) To promote the development of social, academic, civic, recreational, and
economic activities in the community.
(8) To provide educational, social, athletic, cultural, and artistic activities on behalf
of youth in the community.
(9) To do our best to always better the conditions of our communities.

EP 21's Goal:
To provide social skill, vocational, educational, and job search counseling and
services to teens; to place them in a job with an employer who will also help to
mentor the youth. EP 21 wants to serve as program management for the creation
of a responsible workforce for the 21st century by enabling the youth participants
an opportunity to learn employable skills, and obtain multiple scholarships, while
becoming better citizens for America.
